This tip will be very helpful for
those who frequently install
windows xp operating system.
Normally OS installation takes around
40 minutes to complete, but through
this trick you can now save 10-15 minutes. This simple tricks goes this
way. 

1. Boot through Windows XP CD. 
2. After all the files are completely
loaded, you get the option to select
the partition. Select "c".

3. Now Format the partition, whether
it is normal or quick with NTFS or FAT
4. Once the formatting is completed, All the setup files required for
installation are copied. Restart your
system by pressing Enter.

save 10-15 minutes.

5. After rebooting, you get a screen where it takes 40 minutes to
complete or finalize the OS
installation.

This opens command prompt.

Manager.

Click on Setup.exe -> Set Priority ->
Select High or Above Normal. Initially it will be Normal.

HOW TO CRACK ANY TYPE OF SOFTWARE PROTECTION

 In this tutorial you will learn how to crack any type of software protection using
W32Dasm and HIEW.
IDENTIFYING THE PROTECTION:
Run the program, game, etc., (SoftwareX) that you want to crack without the CD in the
CD reader. SoftwareX will not run of course, however, when the error window pops up it
will give you all of the vital information that you need to crack the program, so be sure to
write down what it says.
CRACKING THE PROTECTION:

Now, run Win32Dasm. On the file menu open DISASSEMBLER > OPEN FILE TO
DISASSEMBLE. Select SoftwareX’s executable file in the popup window that will
appear (e.g. SoftwareX.exe). W32Dasm may take several minutes to disassemble the file.
When W32Dasm finishes disassembling the file it will display unrecognizable text; this is
what we want. Click on the String Data References button. Scroll through the String Data
Items until you find SoftwareX’s error message. When you locate it, double click the
error message and then close the window to return to the Win32Dasm text. You will
notice that you have been moved somewhere within the SoftwareX’s check routine; this
is where the error message in generated.
Now comes the difficult part, so be careful. To crack SoftwareX’s protection you must
know the @offset of every call and jump command. Write down every call and jump
@offset number that you see (You have to be sure, that the OPBAR change its used color
to green). You need the number behind the @offset without the “h.”
Now open HIEW, locate SoftwareX’s executable, and press the F4 key. At this point a
popup window will appear with 3 options: Text, Hex, and Decode. Click on “Decode” to
see a list of numbers. Now press the F5 key and enter the number that was extracted using
Win32Dasm. After you have entered the number you will be taken to SoftwareX’s check
routine within HIEW.
To continue you must understand this paragraph. If the command that you are taken to is
E92BF9BF74, for example, it means that the command equals 5 bytes. Every 2 digits
equal one byte: E9-2B-F9-BF-74 => 10 digits => 5 bytes. If you understood this then you
can continue.
Press F3 (Edit), this will allow you to edit the 10 digits. Replace the 5 bytes with the
digits 90. In other words, E92BF9BF74 will become 9090909090 (90-90-90-90-90).
After you complete this step press the F10 key to exit.
Congratulations! You just cracked SoftwareX!
Don’t panic if SoftwareX will not run after you finished cracking it. It only means that
something was done incorrectly, or perhaps SoftwareX’s protection technology has been
improved or created after this tutorial. Simply reinstall SoftwareX and start over. If you’re
sure that you completed all steps correctly and the program still will not run, then tough
nuts. Their protection was developed after the writing of this tutorial.

Unfortunately, Windows Vista doesn't take kindly to the slower sticks on the market and refuses to use them. Proving once again that we control the computer and not the other way around, here's foursimple steps to get around this limitation and use any USB stick you have to increaseyour computers memory. 

{1}Setup 
First things first. Plug the device in. 
Ignore AutoPlay if you have the enabled, 
and go to Computer in the start menu. 
When it pops up, right-click the USB stick 
and select properties. 
{2} Disable the stick 
Click on the Readyboost tab on the properties menu and check Do not restest this device. Click okay and unplug the stickfrom your computer. 
{3} Edit the registry! 
Don't panic, it's not as frightening as it sounds. 
Firstly, you need to open regedit, 
by opening the start menu and typing regedit, then enter. 
The registry window should load up. 
Using the left-hand pane, work your way through the following folders: HKLM (Local Machine) -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows NT -> CurrentVersion -> EMDgmt. 
You'll have a list of USB devices the computer has encountered, one of which should be your USB stick. 
Click on it. 
Here there's a few details you need to edit. 
Double click on Device Status and change the value to 2, then select ok. 
Do the same for ReadSpeedKBs and WriteSpeedKBs, changing their values to both 1000.
Exit the regedit and breathe a sigh of relief. 
{4} And back in again 
Now all that's left to do is put the stick back in 
and once again go to the device properties 
(Computer > Right-click on drive). 
If you look under the Readyboost Tab, 
you'll be able to now select Use this device. 
Success! Now enjoy your faster PC.

Apple software developers site hacked

NEW YORK CITY: Computer and software giant Apple said Sunday that it took its software developers' site offline after it was hacked, warning that personal information about them may have been stolen. "Last Thursday, an intruder attempted to secure personal information of our registered developers from our developer website," Apple said in a statement. Although sensitive information was encrypted, "we have not been able to rule out the possibility that some developers' names, mailing addresses, and/or email addresses may have been accessed."

How to run JPG as an EXE

Step 1 : First things make a New Folder

Step 2 : Place your server .exe inside of the folder.

Step 3 : Right click and drag your server.exe inside your folder and press "Create Shortcut Here"

Step 4 : Making sure that your have extension enabled in Windows then rename your server to something legit like IMG_0163.JPG.

Step 5 : Right click on the server.exe Shortcut and go into Properties and change the Target: To the following

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c IMG_0163.jpg"

Note : Put whatever the filename you have is where I put the "IMG_0163.jpg"

Step 6 : While in the shortcut properties click Change Icon and look for an .ico file that is the same exact as your .JPG file

Step 7 : Finally Rename your shortcut to another .JPG file like IMG_0164.JPG

Now when you run your shortcut file it will automatically run the select JPG as an EXE. However an ugly CMD box will pop up which makes it a bit obvious. But at this point it is already too late because your server/kelogger/stealer is already running on their system. This is how it looks in the task manager so you could see its the actual JPG running.

The slave has to run the Shortcut so that the JPG would run.'
